We are currently recruiting for the Office Manager & PA position.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide full administrative and personal support to senior management
Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner
Assist in the preparation, coordination, and administration of contracts and agreements
Maintain office records, filing systems, and databases
Ensure office supplies and equipment are properly maintained
Arrange and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments for directors and guests
Welcome and assist guests during meetings and visits to the office
The candidate will possess:
Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Confident computer skills (MS Office, email, basic administrative tools)
Responsible, attentive, and able to handle confidential information
Able to work independently and take initiative when needed

Conditions:
Working hours: 5/2, 10:00–17:00
Basic salary: 900 AZN (bonuses may apply)
