We are currently recruiting for the Office Manager & PA position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative and personal support to senior management

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow

  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner

  • Assist in the preparation, coordination, and administration of contracts and agreements

  • Maintain office records, filing systems, and databases

  • Ensure office supplies and equipment are properly maintained

  • Arrange and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments for directors and guests

  • Welcome and assist guests during meetings and visits to the office

The candidate will possess:

  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian

  • Good organizational and multitasking skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Confident computer skills (MS Office, email, basic administrative tools)

  • Responsible, attentive, and able to handle confidential information

  • Able to work independently and take initiative when needed

Conditions:

  • Working hours: 5/2, 10:00–17:00

  • Basic salary: 900 AZN (bonuses may apply)
