Material Controller

Location: Baku, Azerbaijan (BEGOC Office or RSL Operations Office) Reporting to: E&I Department Manager We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our E&I team in Baku. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop electrical systems (power distribution, control panels, lighting, communication systems) Prepare electrical schematics, load calculations, cable schedules, MTOS, and technical documentation Perform short-circuit studies and protection coordination Ensure compliance with IEC, NEC, NFPA, and client standards Support tenders, construction work packs, and as-built documentation Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide technical support during installation and commissioning Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical preferred) Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Strong AutoCAD skills (3D knowledge is an advantage) Fluency in English and Azerbaijani Experience with BP standards, COMPEX certification, ETAP training, or site/project engineering experience will be considered an advantage but not mandatory. Location: RSL Shikhov Site Position Type: Full-time Operational Responsibilities: Help ensure that materials are stored in an organized and safe manner, following best practices and company guidelines; Assist in managing the issuance of materials to production and project teams; Ensure accurate records of material movements are maintained; Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the company’s ERP or inventory management system. Assist in generating regular reports on inventory; Identify opportunities to improve material management processes and support the implementation of changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs; Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani Good written and verbal communication skills in English Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel; Detail oriented; Accuracy in record-keeping.
