Junior Material Controller

Location: Baku, Azerbaijan (BEGOC Office or RSL Operations Office) Reporting to: E&I Department Manager We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our E&I team in Baku. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop electrical systems (power distribution, control panels, lighting, communication systems) Prepare electrical schematics, load calculations, cable schedules, MTOS, and technical documentation Perform short-circuit studies and protection coordination Ensure compliance with IEC, NEC, NFPA, and client standards Support tenders, construction work packs, and as-built documentation Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide technical support during installation and commissioning Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical preferred) Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Strong AutoCAD skills (3D knowledge is an advantage) Fluency in English and Azerbaijani Experience with BP standards, COMPEX certification, ETAP training, or site/project engineering experience will be considered an advantage but not mandatory. Location: RSL Shikhov Site Position Type: Full-time Operational Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and timely receipt, storage, and issuance of materials; Maintain optimal inventory levels to support production and project requirements; Minimize material wastage and manage obsolete or excess inventory; Receive, record and inspect all incoming materials and equipment; Coordinate with procurement, production, and project teams to ensure seamless material flow; Coordinate all process with Client & Customer Material and Warehouse team to have a smooth operation; Generate regular reports on inventory status, usage, and discrepancies; Manage the issuance of materials to production and project teams, ensuring that materials are delivered on time and in the correct quantities and etc. Key Requirements: Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Material Controller or Warehouseman; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani and English. Well knowledge of warehouse management procedures; Detail oriented; Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Key Soft Skills: High sense of responsibility; Proactive problem-solving; Strong communication skills; Time Management; Attention to detail and accuracy.
