Marketing Specialist

Conditions:

• Location: Baku

• Salary: 2000 AZN

• Work schedule: 5/7, from 09:00 to 18:00

Requirements:

• Age: 25–40 years

• Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar or related position

• Strong negotiation and business correspondence skills

• Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies

• Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media management is an advantage

• Ability to handle multiple projects and large volumes of information

• Communicative, proactive, energetic, and responsible

• Presentable appearance and excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Active search and attraction of new corporate clients

• Increasing brand awareness in the market

• Participation in events, exhibitions, and promotional activities

• Conducting negotiations with corporate clients and partners

• Development and implementation of proposals aimed at boosting sales and brand recognition

• Preparation of commercial offers and service contracts

• Maintaining and expanding the client database, ensuring compliance with agreements

• Market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities

• Collaboration with other company departments to achieve common goals
