Marketing Lead - Admitt (Leznik & Co.)

• Lead the development of a unified brand strategy, ensuring brand consistency across all channels, setting marketing goals aligned with business objectives, and defining the brand’s social media positioning;

• Oversee the full creative cycle: content planning, digital content release management, coordination with designers and content creators, and ensuring all deliverables meet brand guidelines and project requirements;

• Manage marketing analytics and reporting, including performance audits and the development of brand and company KPIs;

• Supervise offline marketing operations: procurement briefings, creation of promotional material lists, outdoor designs, TV/radio scripts, and coordination of offline/online marketing events;

• Lead digital marketing initiatives including website updates, social media and email campaigns, ad process optimization, SEO improvements, influencer collaborations, external partnerships, and CRM operations (responding to customer needs and feedback).

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management/Business, or related field;

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or project management;

• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English. Russian is an advantage;

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall);

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills;

• Data analysis and reporting;

• Strong leadership and team management skills;

• Ability to understand the brand's vision and lead high-performing marketing strategy.
