Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals and budget.
Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, RFQs/RFPs/ITTs, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and order placement.
Analyse market trends and supplier performance to ensure the best quality and value.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and lead initiatives to improve procurement efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., finance, logistics, operations) to align procurement plans with business needs.
Developing PSCM sourcing and sector strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
Sourcing and engaging reliable Suppliers.
Support PSCM process in terms of obtaining required goods and services.
Negotiating with Suppliers to secure advantageous contractual terms.
Reviewing existing contracts with Suppliers to ensure on-going feasibility.
Promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
Preparing procurement reports.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Professional certifications such as CIPS are desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
3+ years of experience in procurement and supply, preferably in a mid to large-sized company and with 1 year in a leading role.
Proven track record of managing complex sourcing projects and supplier negotiations.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Language skills: Azerbaijani (native), English (B1, B2), Russian (B1, B2).
Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, 1C) and outlook.
Deep understanding of supplier evaluation, risk management, and cost analysis.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, in high-stress and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
