Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Junior Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support procurement activities, supplier management, and purchasing processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and develop new local and international suppliers

  • Request, compare, and analyze supplier quotations

  • Prepare and submit commercial offers

  • Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms

  • Issue purchase orders and monitor order status

  • Track deliveries and ensure timely fulfillment

  • Maintain supplier database and procurement documentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or supply chain

  • Basic understanding of marine and/or oil & gas industry

  • Knowledge of Incoterms

  • Strong Excel skills (data analysis, comparison tables, reporting)

  • Fluency in English and Russian

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks

We are currently supporting one of our clients in the search for a Communications / PR Specialist to strengthen internal communications and reporting processes within a dynamic corporate environment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong writing skills and the ability to manage communication flows between local teams and HQ.
