Recruitments

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, culinary arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience a junior specialist

• Knowledge of languages: Azerbaijani and Russian (fluent), English (upper intermediate)

• Computer skills: good knowledge of MS Office.

Duties

• Assist in planning, creating, and posting food-related content for CASA’s social platforms (photos, videos, stories, reels).

• Support content shoots, including food styling, prep, and coordination.

• Monitor social media trends and suggest ideas to boost engagement.

• Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions as directed.

• Help execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.

• Maintain brand consistency in all communications and visuals.

• Track campaign performance and prepare simple reports.

• Collaborate with chefs to understand new dishes, recipes, and culinary concepts.

• Assist with menu updates, ingredient descriptions, and product storytelling.

• Support culinary events, tastings, and demonstrations.

• Organizing photo/video assets and maintaining digital folders (Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software)

• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and influencers when needed.

• Support day-to-day marketing operations such as scheduling posts, preparing briefs, or updating calendars.

• Experience with social media content creation and daily updates (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).

• Working closely with program sales and student recruitment

• Maintaining and updating a marketing database

• Preparing and analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback

• General office duties

Working conditions:

• Documentation in accordance with the Labor legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan- 6 days' work week
