Junior Business Analyst

Job Overview: Business Analyst will play a key role in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting data-driven decision-making. This position involves working closely with various departments to gather and analyze data, develop insights, and recommend strategies to enhance operational efficiency and business performance. Responsibilities: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies. Identify and document business requirements, processes, and workflows. Recommend and implement solutions to improve business processes and operations. Support the development and execution of business plans and strategies. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions. Provide training and support to users on new systems and processes. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within the distribution or logistics industry. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and BI tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
