Job Overview:

• Business Analyst will play a key role in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting data-driven decision-making. This position involves working closely with various departments to gather and analyze data, develop insights, and recommend strategies to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies.

• Identify and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.

• Recommend and implement solutions to improve business processes and operations.

• Support the development and execution of business plans and strategies.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

• Provide training and support to users on new systems and processes.

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.

• 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within the distribution or logistics industry.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and BI tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
