IT Support

We are looking for a 1st Level IT Support Specialist for on-site support in a food service environment. The role involves hands-on work, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of POS systems, fiscal devices, thermal printers, and other peripheral equipment.

You will perform physical setup, device replacement, cable management, and ensure all equipment is functioning properly at the restaurant location. The position requires basic technical skills, reliability, and the ability to handle on-site tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with POS and hardware support is a plus.
