Incoming Tourism Manager

Job Description:

• As an Incoming Tourism Manager, you will play a key role in planning and coordinating inbound tourism services. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare customized holiday packages based on FIT and group requests, ensuring the highest quality of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare customized holiday packages according to client inquiries and preferences.

• Establish and maintain relationships with international B2B partners, negotiate contracts, and secure the best rates.

• Provide detailed itineraries and pricing proposals tailored to clients’ needs.

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming requests and inquiries.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tourism trends, local attractions, and services.

• Handle bookings, confirmations, and ensure all arrangements are finalized accurately.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (2+ years) in inbound tourism or related fields.

• Knowledge of Azerbaijan’s tourism destinations.

• Ability to create detailed and appealing travel packages.

• Proficiency in English (minimum C1) and Russian languages (minimum C1).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Work Conditions

• Schedule: Mon-Fri / 09:00 – 18:00, Sat-Sun: Off days

• Salary: (to be discussed according to the experience) + sales bonus.

• Location: Icherisheher, Baku.

Note:

• If you are passionate about tourism but lack experience, we invite you to join us as a trainee. During this period, you will receive training in creating holiday packages, collaborating with suppliers, and managing inbound operations. A small stipend will be provided to cover transportation and/or lunch costs, and promising candidates may be offered a full-time position upon successful completion of the training. Training period: 1-3 months.
