On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Head of Quality Assurance

Job Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced Head of Quality Assurance to lead and manage the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) across all production stages.

  • The role focuses on system governance, preventive quality management, audit readiness, and continuous improvement throughout the entire value chain — from supplier to finished product.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Management System (QMS)

  • Develop, implement, and maintain ISO 9001-aligned QMS

  • Establish policies, procedures, SOPs, and work instructions

  • Ensure document control and process standardization

  • Lead quality management reviews

Process & Preventive Quality Assurance

  • Define quality standards with Production and QC teams

  • Implement preventive quality controls

  • Conduct root cause analysis and ensure CAPA implementation

  • Support new product and process development

Audit, Compliance & Certification

  • Plan and lead internal audits

  • Coordinate external ISO and customer audits

  • Maintain continuous audit readiness

Data & Continuous Improvement

  • Define quality KPIs and dashboards

  • Analyze defect trends and customer complaints

  • Lead continuous improvement and lean initiatives

  • Promote quality culture across departments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field

  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is an advantage

  • 7–10 years of experience in textile manufacturing quality roles

  • Minimum 3–5 years in QA / Quality Systems leadership

  • Strong experience with ISO-based quality systems

  • Experience with customer audits

  • Strong system-thinking and process-oriented mindset

  • Fluent Azerbaijani and English

We are conducting a confidential executive search for a leading real estate development portfolio in Azerbaijan. This is a senior Client-side role focused on implementing and continuously improving a structured QA/QC and HSE control system across large-scale construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Project Management function, supervising Project and Program Managers, ensuring alignment of all projects with strategic objectives, and driving operational excellence across complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives.
