We are seeking a business-minded Front-End Team Lead to join our SaaS product team.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for building high-quality user interfaces. As a Front-End Team Lead, you will play a key role in guiding the front-end development team, improving the user experience of our QR code products, and ensuring that our web applications are scalable, performant, and visually outstanding. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to deliver impactful features that drive product growth and user satisfaction.
Job responsibilities:

  • Leading the Front-End team

  • Delegating tasks between front team and managing deadlines

  • Constructing the architecture according to the product

  • Monitoring and planning the tech resources and team

  • Mentoring and training new programmers and assisting them in their professional development

  • Conducting the necessary tests to check the correctness and security of the written code

  • Continuously analyzing the project's performance and user satisfaction, and based on the results obtained, addressing any gaps or issues to improve them

  • Supporting the creation of user-friendly, evolving, and error-resistant software that meets UX/UI requirements

Job requirements:

  • At least a year of experience as a front team lead

  • 5+ years of software development experience;

  • Experience with HTML5, CSS/CSS3 (SASS or LESS must), Typescript

  • Experience with React, Redux, NextJS, Jest or cypress

  • Experience writing and maintaining Unit Tests

  • Experience with graphic design applications such as Figma.

  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design.

  • Leadership, work organization and problem solving skills

**Working hours:**You’ll be working 5 days a week from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (13:00-14:00 lunch time). Four days will be based in the office, and one day (Friday) you can work from home.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our management team in planning, tracking, and coordinating tasks and processes across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and improving workflows within task management platforms, ensuring proper task assignment, consistent follow-ups, early detection of bottlenecks, and timely completion of tasks according to deadlines. Job responsibilities: Create and maintain tasks in the company’s task management platform based on management instructions. Ensure proper assignments to responsible managers in detail with clear instructions on steps. Ensure clear communication and coordination between different teams and departments to ensure smooth task execution. Track each task’s/projects’ timelines to ensure milestones are being met and highlight risks that may impact delivery. Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed within agreed deadlines. Consistently encourages accountability by reminding responsible team members of approaching deadlines and outstanding tasks. Update task statuses, add notes regarding delays, and specify expected completion dates when deadlines are extended by assignee/assigner. Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding task progress, delays, and overall project status. Assist in re-prioritizingtasks according to project changes, urgency and business impact. Ensure that all project tasks are properly structured, categorized, and organized within the task management platform. Assist in preparing summaries or briefings for management meetings regarding project progress and pending issues. Maintain accurate documentation of tasks, processes, and project activities. Proactively identify potential delays, bottlenecks, or task dependencies and escalate them to management when necessary. Ensure tasks include clear descriptions, priorities, and deadlines before assigning them to team members. Support management in improving task management processes and workflow efficiency. Required skills and abilities: At least 1 year of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar coordination or operations role. Experience working with task management platforms (such as Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or similar tools). Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks structured and clear and simultaneously. Strong prioritization ability, capable of identifying the most critical tasks and maintaining focus on key deadlines. Highly disciplined and structured work approach, with strong attention to detail and reliability. Ability to synthesize information quickly and translate management instructions into clear, structured tasks. Proactive and persistent follow-up skills, ensuring tasks move forward without waiting for reminders. Ability to handle pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining professionalism. Strong communication and coordination skills across different teams and departments. Emotional resilience and professionalism, including the ability to work constructively under critical feedback from management. Assertive personality, capable of pushing tasks forward and ensuring accountability from team members. Flexible and responsive, with the ability to handle urgent questions/assignments outside regular working hours when necessary. Fluent English-speaking skills.
