Working conditions: Workplace: Novikov, Salary: 1500 + %, Official employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Requirements for candidates: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Minimum 5–8 years of experience in upscale or luxury restaurant operations. At least 2–3 years in a managerial role within a fine dining or 5-star hotel environment. Pre-opening experience in high-end concepts is an advantage. Strong understanding of luxury guest service standards and international hospitality practices. Deep understanding of luxury service etiquette and fine dining protocols. Job responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant; Manage, train, and motivate staff, including scheduling shifts; Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction at the highest level; Monitor sales, costs, and budgets to achieve financial targets; Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly; Contribute to menu planning, promotions, and new projects; Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company standards.
