Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, cookies, and desserts
Decorate cakes and pastries to a high standard
Plan daily production to meet demand
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
Monitor ingredient quality and stock requirements
Support development of new dessert items and seasonal products.
