ERP specialist

About the role:

• Analyze and troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by end users;

• Configure internal and external solutions to facilitate ERP integration;

• Participate in designing and implementing new ERP modules;

• Deploy and test ERP system patches and runner updates;

• Provide training to users on system functionality;

• Maintain and update master data;

• Monitor system performance and identify optimization opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a similar field;

• Knowledge of industry and business processes;

• Good knowledge of SQL;

• Knowledge of programming and algorithms;

• Understanding of software architecture and design principles;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as ERP specialist;

• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with PowerBI is a big plus;

• Knowledge of AI prompting & training;

• Experience in manufacturing industry;

• Experience with ERP implementation.
