About the role: Analyze and troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by end users; Configure internal and external solutions to facilitate ERP integration; Participate in designing and implementing new ERP modules; Deploy and test ERP system patches and runner updates; Provide training to users on system functionality; Maintain and update master data; Monitor system performance and identify optimization opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a similar field; Knowledge of industry and business processes; Good knowledge of SQL; Knowledge of programming and algorithms; Understanding of software architecture and design principles; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as ERP specialist; Fluency in Azerbaijani and English. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with PowerBI is a big plus; Knowledge of AI prompting & training; Experience in manufacturing industry; Experience with ERP implementation.
