We are looking for a highly organized and responsible Document Control & Tender Specialist to join our growing team and support international projects and tender operations.

Position Responsibilities

Document Control

  • Manage and organize company documentation and archives;

  • Prepare and control contracts, invoices, certificates, technical documents, and official correspondence;

  • Maintain document databases and internal tracking systems;

  • Control document validity periods and submission deadlines;

  • Prepare document packages for clients, suppliers, and government institutions;

  • Work with Excel, PDF files, scans, and CRM systems.

Tender Management

  • Monitor public and private tenders;

  • Prepare complete tender documentation packages;

  • Analyze tender requirements and technical specifications;

  • Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers regarding quotations and technical data;

  • Prepare authorization letters, qualification forms, and commercial documents;

  • Track submission deadlines and support tender participation processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in Document Control, Procurement, Tender Management, or Administration;

  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills;

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities;

  • Experience in business correspondence and documentation;

  • Azerbaijani and Russian languages — required;

  • English language — preferred;

  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

  • Experience with government tenders is considered an advantage.
