We are seeking a business-minded  Data Analyst to join our SaaS product team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data analysis and a keen interest in leveraging data to drive business decisions related to our QR code products. As a  Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing user behavior, product performance, and market trends to provide actionable insights that inform product strategy and development.

Job responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data related to product usage, customer interactions, and product performance. Utilize statistical techniques and data mining algorithms to uncover insights and trends.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to our products, such as scan rates, conversion rates, and user engagement metrics. Identify areas for improvement and opportunities for product optimization.

  • Analyze user behavior patterns and customer journeys to understand how users interact with product and identify opportunities to enhance the user experience.

  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including product managers, marketing teams, and senior leadership, to support strategic decision-making related to our product.

  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key findings and insights to stakeholders. Present findings in a clear and compelling manner to facilitate understanding and action.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, finance, and operations to understand business requirements and provide analytical support.

  • Build predictive models and conduct forecasting to support business decision-making and anticipate future trends.

Skills and abilities:

  • 3+years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a strong track record of analyzing complex datasets and generating actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such asSQL programming languages and experience with Excel.

  • Fluent in event and cookie tracking methodologies and can work directly with engineers to validate and debug tracking issues.

  • Advanced-level knowledge of SQL queries.

  • Experience with data visualization tools such asSuperset, Power BI, or Looker is preferable.

  • Comfortable transforming raw data to build your own data sets if the measure you need doesn't exist yet.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions.

  • Power user of Google Analytics.

  • Strong business acumen

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Working hours:

  • You’ll be working 5 days a week from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (13:00-14:00 lunch time). Four days will be based in the office, and one day (Friday) you can work from home.

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales & Business Development Team Lead to join our growing team. The main objective of the role is to lead, develop, and scale a high-performing sales team while driving sustainable revenue growth and building strong, long-term partner relationships. This role combines hands-on commercial execution with people management, analytics, and process improvement. Job responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop the Sales & BD team to achieve individual and team targets. Build a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs and accountability. Conduct regular 1-to-1s, performance reviews, and coaching sessions. Drive revenue growth across existing and new partners and markets. Support complex negotiations and key partner relationships. Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and forecast revenue. Identify new business opportunities and oversee business development initiatives. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies Improve sales processes, internal workflows, and team efficiency. Collaborate with marketing, product, finance, operations, and management teams. Oversee revenue reporting, planning and collection. Drive continuous improvement of sales processes and team efficiency. Skills and abilities: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales and/or business development, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in managing and motivating sales teams to exceed targets. Strong understanding of sales metrics, KPIs, and performance management. High analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets, Reporting, Dashboards). Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills. Ability to coach, develop, and inspire team members. Strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership approach. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Resilient, results-oriented, and able to perform under pressure. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English (Russian is a plus). Confident in working with senior stakeholders and client groups. Detail-oriented, structured, and highly responsible. Team player with a positive and professional attitude. What we offer?
