Key details about the role and the candidate The Operations Manager will report directly to the General Director, overseeing all operations to ensure successful contract execution, and liaising with various departments for smooth operational management. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with strong leadership abilities, technical expertise in drilling operations, and a commitment to operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in oil field management, including supervising diverse teams and managing high-value projects in a safety-critical environment. You and the role Reporting to the General Director, the Operations Manager is responsible for managing the personnel directly assigned to the Client’s contract, based at Client’s offices and on Client’s offshore installations as well as at Turan Drilling and Engineering Base.  Closely liaises with Support Departments within Turan Drilling and Engineering and co-ordinates activities to ensure delivery of contract obligations. Primary responsibilities Assures that all work is carried out in accordance with Management Systems Procedures. Takes all necessary actions for the success of the execution of the contract.
