Our operators work directly in the client’s systems and CRM, acting as an extension of the client’s internal team. This approach ensures seamless integration, high service quality, and long-term partnerships.
We focus on businesses that require 1–10 dedicated call center operators and value consistent, scalable customer communication.
Position Overview
We are seeking a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Call Center Specialist to work as a dedicated operator for one of our international clients.
The selected candidate will be officially employed by our company but will represent and work on behalf of a client from an English-speaking market, handling daily communication with their customers.
Office-based position

Handle inbound and/or outbound calls on behalf of the assigned client
Communicate with customers in English in a clear, professional, and friendly manner
Follow client scripts, procedures, and communication guidelines
Schedule appointments, follow up with customers, and update calendars
Accurately enter call results, notes, and customer data into the client’s systems
Resolve basic customer inquiries and escalate complex issues when necessary
Maintain high standards of call quality, professionalism, and confidentiality
Represent the client’s brand and values in every interaction.

We focus on businesses that require 1–10 dedicated call center operators and value consistent, scalable customer communication. Position Overview We are looking for a self-motivated, responsible, and results-oriented B2B Sales & Business Development Specialist to manage the entire client acquisition cycle — from lead generation to contract signing and initial onboarding. This is a full-cycle BDR role with real ownership, autonomy, and direct impact on company growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Independently identify and source potential B2B clients in the US, UK, and Europe Qualify leads by understanding business needs, required number of operators, and budget Build, manage, and maintain a structured sales pipeline Proactively engage prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels 2. Full-Cycle Sales & Client Management Manage all client communication from first contact to signed agreement Present services, negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms Coordinate operator allocation and onboarding with internal teams Support invoicing and initial payment processes Track and report key sales metrics (pipeline status, conversion rates, closed deals) 3. LinkedIn & Online Outreach (Secondary Responsibility) Create and manage the company LinkedIn page Execute LinkedIn outreach and lead-generation campaigns Run cold email campaigns and follow-ups Maintain accurate CRM records and document all interactions 4. Growth & Process Improvement Suggest improvements to sales and lead-generation processes Identify new market opportunities and expansion ideas Maintain professional, clear, and consistent communication with international clients Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation Fluent English (written and spoken) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and email outreach tools Background in call center services, SaaS, or B2B services is a strong advantage Comfortable working with clients in the US, UK, and European markets
