Business Consultant

The Role

• As a Consultant, you'll work directly with our clients to transform their businesses by providing intuitive guidance and supporting the implementation of TWC's recommendations. A successful Consultant has a solid grasp of business fundamentals and demonstrates strong problem-solving skills to deliver solutions that measurably increase company value. As you gain experience across projects, you will progressively take ownership of larger work streams — and grow with us.

What You'll Do

• Support the organization and execution of business projects — strategy, feasibility studies, restructuring, investment plans — tailored to each client's needs

• Participate in client meetings and assist in assessing the current state of the business

• Collect, structure and analyze information about the client's business to crisply define problems and shape solutions

• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to back every recommendation with evidence

• Help prepare and present findings to senior client stakeholders

• Collaborate with project teams to deliver on time and at quality

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field (Master's / MBA is a plus)

• 1–3 years of relevant experience — consulting, business advisory or financial services preferred

• Working understanding of strategy, finance, marketing and operations across industries

• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving

• Clear, confident communication — both written and verbal

• Proficiency in MS Office, with strong Excel skills

• Fluency in English is required. Additional languages (Azerbaijani, Russian, Turkish) are a real asset
