Brand Manager

At ITALDIZAIN, we work with luxury international brands, developing them locally through strategy, precision, and deep respect for brand DNA.

We are looking for Brand Managers who can take full ownership of luxury brands from our portfolio — from commercial performance to brand positioning and market presence.

What you’ll do

• Develop and grow luxury brands from our portfolio

• Build and execute brand, marketing, and commercial strategies

• Lead communication and negotiations with international HQs

• Manage product assortment in line with brand guidelines and market demand

• Ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints

• Increase brand awareness, engagement, and long-term value

What we’re looking for

Experience & background:

• 2+ years of experience in brand management (luxury / premium segment preferred)

• Degree in marketing, economics, management, or related fields

• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher (daily working language)

Core skills:

• Strategic and commercial thinking

• Strong analytical skills (sales, margins, assortment performance)

• Market and trend awareness

• Ability to work with brand guidelines and protect brand identity

• Confident negotiation and stakeholder communication skills

• Planning, prioritization, and ownership mindset

Personal competencies:

• Attention to detail and high standards

• Structured, disciplined approach to work

• Aesthetic sensitivity and understanding of luxury positioning

• Ability to balance creativity with numbers and business logic

Experience with luxury brands and international certifications is a strong advantage.
