Experienced Legal Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Associate to join our Legal and Advisory team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in corporate law and labor law. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to handle complex legal issues with professionalism and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and support on corporate law matters, including corporate governance and compliance. Advise clients on labor law issues, including employment contracts, workplace disputes, and regulatory compliance. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts. Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations. Represent clients in legal proceedings and negotiations. Collaborate with other team members to develop legal strategies and solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate law and labor law. Strong knowledge of corporate and labor law principles and practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High level of professionalism and integrity.
