Job description: Performance Management Deep dive and provide recommendations on enhancement of periodic performance reports by companies for business performance platforms, consolidating major business aspects, variance analyses, insights and actionable recommendations for the Director's and Management’s awareness and decision-making on business performance and strategy execution. Benchmarking and Analytics Conduct regular benchmarking and peer analyses to figure out potential areas for improvement and make data driven suggestions. Perform special analyses and develop insights and recommendations in specific business areas. Strategy Formulation Lead strategy formulation process of assigned companies in close collaboration with Portfolio Strategy and Capital allocation team, fostering a clear understanding of strategic priorities and expectations and translating Group priorities into company objectives and strategies. Facilitate and run business benchmarking, aspirations setting, ideation, market analyses and financial modelling exercises with companies, ensuring timely and regular updates to and decisions from Supervisory Boards. Operating Company Budgeting Lead the annual budgeting process of assigned companies in close collaboration with Portfolio Strategy and Capital allocation team, ensuring timely and qualitative preparation of budgets aligned with strategic objectives and operating business environment. Strategic and annual business targets setting Lead effective KPI setting process for Operating Companies, fostering business performance and execution of strategies. Develop suitable metrics for measurement of annual and strategic objectives, along with simulated expected results, weights and ranges and be prepared for discussions with key stakeholders among PASHA Financial Holding and companies leadership. Crisis Interventions Monitor the execution of strategic plans and budgets, raise awareness and initiate discussions with Director and companies, when performance fall apart enabling timely interventions. Conduct crisis interventions (e.g., significant deviations from targets) upon request of the Supervisory Board. Committees and SB Contribution Actively participate and share expertise in relevant board committees as part of business performance management (Credit, Investment, Risk, Strategy & Performance Committees) and maintain awareness on business decisions through presence on Supervisory Boards. Experience, Competencies and Skills Required: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. MBA or other advanced degree is an advantage. Progress toward CFA and/or FRM certification is highly preferred. Strong financial analysis and risk assessment skills. Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Proven experience in strategy development and performance management within banking, insurance, or fintech sectors. Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Fluency in English and Azerbaijani is required; Russian or Turkish is an advantage. Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, insurance, or advisory (financial sector exposure is mandatory). Demonstrated experience in strategy formulation and business performance management. Job description: Group-Level Product Ownership Own the full lifecycle of Group AI platforms from intake to deployment and optimization. Define and maintain roadmaps for AI Gateway, Marketplace, Workbench in alignment with the Group AI strategy. Ensure model-agnostic, scalable, and secure product architecture across all platform products. Cross-Entity Requirement Consolidation Collect and structure requirements from multiple Strategic Assets (PASHA Bank, PASHA Life, PASHA Insurance, Bir Ecosystem). Consolidate cross-entity needs into unified, reusable platform capabilities that prevent duplication. Drive Marketplace-driven reuse and standardized component adoption across the Group. Backlog & Delivery Governance Manage Group-level product backlog and prioritize platform evolution based on strategic impact and business value. Define acceptance criteria, release standards, interoperability requirements, and quality gates for all platform releases. Oversee testing, validation, and release planning in close collaboration with AI Engineering teams. Adoption & Value Realization Develop go-to-market and enablement strategies for platform rollout across Strategic Assets. Track KPIs including adoption, engagement, ROI, and efficiency gains across all platform products. Act as the central interface between OpCos and AI Engineering teams, ensuring transparent communication and feedback loops. Experience, Competencies and Skills Required: 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in platform or enterprise software. Experience managing multi-stakeholder environments across business units or entities. Strong understanding of AI platforms, APIs, orchestration layers, or developer ecosystems. Experience in regulated industries preferred (financial services, insurance, fintech). Demonstrated ability to manage both strategic roadmap and operational execution simultaneously. Enterprise AI Governance Framework Develop and institutionalize a centralized AI Governance Framework including risk-tiered approval pathways, regulatory and compliance controls, data classification and privacy standards, model validation and monitoring requirements, and responsible AI and human-in-the-loop guidelines. Ensure alignment with enterprise risk, legal, compliance, and regulatory bodies across all entity types (bank, insurance, payments, e-commerce). Create fast-track governance paths for low-risk use cases while maintaining rigorous oversight for high-risk applications. Governance Playbook & Standardization Build and maintain the AI Governance Playbook as the enterprise baseline for all AI initiatives. Create reusable templates, checklists, scoring models, and RACI structures for governance processes. Implement version control and structured evolution of governance frameworks based on lessons learned from live transformation use cases.
