Portfolio Strategy & Capital Allocation Director
Job description:
Co-design and run the PASHA Financial Holding’s 3-year portfolio strategy and capital allocation process, translating Group priorities into clear targets and investment plans for each OpCo.
Lead portfolio assessment and capital deployment decisions, including growth CAPEX, balance sheet optimization, and evaluation of new business opportunities, in close partnership with the OpCos, Finance, and Risk.
Co-develop and maintain equity stories and value creation plans for all major OpCos, including Bir Ecosystem, Pasha Bank, Pasha Insurance and Pasha Life.
Originate, evaluate, and execute (with advisers and internal teams) M&A, partnerships and potential divestitures across the portfolio, including end-to-end valuation, financial modelling and deal support.
Coordinate the preparation of Investment Committee and Board papers on portfolio strategy, capital allocation, and major transactions.
Build, lead and develop a small, high-performing Portfolio Strategy and Capital Allocations team, instilling Priveate Equity-style ways of working and close collaboration with PASHA Financial Holding Performance Management and OpCo strategy teams.
Experience, Competencies and Skills Required:
10–15+ years of experience in a combination of: private equity / investment funds, investment banking, corporate finance or advisory (Big Four), and/or strategy roles in leading financial institutions with international presence.
Strong understanding of banking and insurance strategy and economics; exposure to fintech or digital ecosystems is highly desirable.
Proven track record in end-to-end M&A transactions, valuation and financial modelling, portfolio assessment, and capital deployment decisions.
Experience working with senior executives, Boards, and institutional investors; IPO and fundraising exposure is a strong plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; MSc in Finance or CFA preferred.

Strategic and analytical, with very strong financial discipline.
Comfortable challenging OpCo CEOs and senior leaders while building trust and partnership.
Practical, hands-on and able to move from portfolio thinking to detailed modelling and execution, with strong process management.
