Key Qualifications & Experience Required:
Windows Server
Maintenance and administration of Windows Servers
Active Directory (AD), Group Policy (GP)
Configuration and management of server roles and features (File & Print Services, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
Networking
Understanding of network protocols and topologies
Ability to troubleshoot network issues
Familiarity with network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.)
PBX / Telephony
Basic PBX configuration and administration
Creating and managing extensions
Basic troubleshooting of IP telephony systems
Microsoft 365 (Basic Administration)
User account management
License assignment
Basic mailbox management
Basic Teams and OneDrive administration
account security management
IT Helpdesk Experience
Responding to user requests and resolving technical issues
Providing technical support for software and hardware
Documenting issues and solutions in a helpdesk ticketing system
Position Details
Full-time position
Working days: Monday–Saturday, some Holidays.
Working hours: 09:00–18:00
Location: Toyota Absheron Center, Baku
SalaryStarting from 1500 AZN (negotiable depending on experience and qualifications)
