Main duties: Ensure collection and delivery of guest luggage and equipment in an efficient and timely manner. Tag baggage and return the identification slips to guests. Assists guests with luggage to the front desk. Escorts guests to room, placing luggage in the room assigned by the front desk. Inspects guest room for order and adequate supplies and informs guests of room amenities Delivers faxes, messages, packages and flowers to guests’ rooms and other offices. Provide items on loan to guests and collect the items back from guests before departure. Ensure the efficient delivery and collection of group luggage. Ensure that the guest has verified that all luggage has been accounted for. Ensure safe storage and collect ticketing of guest coats and personal items. Assist guests with Long-term luggage storage requests / Left luggage requests. Transport departing guests’ luggage from the room to the lobby, then into a car or taxi after reconfirming with the guest. Respond to guest requests and queries providing a knowledgeable, efficient and helpful information service. Assist the senior Concierge on duty with their duties during busy periods and breaks. Assist with answering the telephone and taking messages, transferring calls or dealing with enquiries. To provide efficient luggage storage, delivery and collection service. Perform any other work as and when assigned by the management. Candidate requirements: Communication skills (Azerbaijani, Russian and English) Flexibility to work various shifts. (mostly late shift 14:00 -23:00) A polite, engaging personality. Key Responsibilities: Keep departmental costs in line with the approved budget; Assist and lead Room Attendants and Floor Attendants in their daily duties; Train and coach team members on expected service standards; Handle guest concerns promptly, log issues and notify relevant departments; Inform Room Attendants daily about VIP guests, priorities and special requests; Ensure check-out rooms are cleaned and released in a timely manner; Verify rooms with “Privacy Please” indicators and coordinate service accordingly; Conduct daily inspections of guestrooms and floors; Report any damage, special cleaning requirements, or replacement of soft furnishings; Ensure all daily tasks are completed according to standards by Room Attendants and House Attendants; Be able to perform all Room Attendant and House Attendant duties when required; Work with the Housekeeping team to maintain and improve guest satisfaction scores; Ensure guestrooms meet furniture, fixture and amenity standards. Requirements: Proactive with strong attention to detail; Strong organizational, supervisory and communication skills; Ability to clearly convey information and ideas; Ability to make quick and accurate decisions; Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations; Strong listening and problem-solving skills; High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a hotel Housekeeping environment; Proven training skills; Experience with Hotel Property Management Systems (Micros-Opera preferred). Working Conditions: High season: 6 working days / 1 day off; Low season: 5 working days / 2 days off; Location: Sea Breeze Resort, Nardaran settlement; Shuttle bus and meals provided by the company; The shifted work schedule will include day and/or night shifts; Salary: 1100–1200 AZN.
