Role Overview

We are looking for a Study Abroad Consultant to support students throughout the process of studying abroad — from university selection and applications to visa guidance and departure preparation. The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, and passionate about student success.

Responsibilities

• Advise students on universities, programs, and countries based on their profile and budget.

• Assist with applications, personal statements, and scholarship submissions.

• Guide students through visa and travel documentation.

• Stay updated on admission and visa requirements.

• Communicate with students and parents and participate in education events.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in study abroad consulting or student advising.

• Fluent in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is a plus).

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
