Pickvisa.az is looking for a responsible and experienced Visa Specialist to join our team. If you have a strong background in visa processing and are familiar with international travel procedures, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with us.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage visa applications for various countries and ensure all procedures are followed accurately
Assist clients in preparing and submitting complete and correct documentation
Provide timely and accurate information on visa requirements and processes
Ensure all applications are submitted on time and in accordance with embassy regulations
Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in visa services
Strong knowledge of visa application procedures and documentation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani (required); English and Russian are a plus
High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
