Job responsibilities Provide academic support to teachers; Conduct lesson observations and provide feedback; Help in yearly assessment process; Monitor teachers’ planning to ensure it is carried out and meets requirements; Take a supportive role in curriculum development across the school and be responsible for its quality and effectiveness; Support other colleagues in their roles as curriculum subject leaders, both through formal and informal discussions and willingness to share and promote new initiatives led by other staff; Contribute to the overall success of LANDAU PreSchool by performing additional duties/responsibilities assigned by direct supervisor; Ensure that teachers have the opportunity to exchange ideas and good practice with other members of the department. Background: Bachelor`s degree; 3+ years of experience as a teacher or a coordinator; English level - strong B2 or C1; Strong communication skills; Time management skills; Mentorship skills; Positive attitude.
