Task Planner

Task Planner will work closely with the Planning Manager and Program Manager to develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project plans, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders. The role is part of the GAS Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) project, involving large-scale smart meter deployment, system integration, and stakeholder coordination.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), and schedules; provide weekly updates

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align on timelines and implement recovery plans when necessary

• Track project progress (planned vs actual) and prepare regular status reports for the PMO and management

• Maintain RAID logs, delay logs, and other essential project documentation

• Prepare meeting minutes, process documents, and ensure consistent reporting formats across projects

• Support quality reviews and contribute to process improvements in project management practices

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and effective communication across all stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in planning/scheduling within a PMO for complex projects

• Strong proficiency in MS Project, MS PowerPoint, and MS Office Suite

• Proven ability to manage schedules, workloads, and deadlines under pressure

• Experience in preparing project plans, reports, and presentations

• Fluent in Azerbaijani and good level of English (written and spoken); Russian is an advantage.
