Job Summary: As a Strategy Consulting Analyst at SABAH.HUB, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our team to drive innovation, implement transformative strategies, and deliver high-impact projects for a diverse range of clients. Working closely with clients, senior members of the team, and SABAH.HUB’s business units, you will conduct market research, analyze data, and provide recommendations that contribute to both our clients’ success and the broader innovation ecosystem in Azerbaijan.

Our Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field;

  • 2-3 years of experience in consulting, market research, or business analysis demonstrating a strong track record of delivering high-impact projects;

  • Strong data-gathering and analytical skills, with proven ability to conduct market research and develop strategic insights;

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)  and Canva for data analysis and creating visually impactful presentations;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani and English;

  • Demonstrated teamwork, adaptability, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment;

  • Strong organizational skills and a self-motivated, detail-oriented approach;

  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision;

  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research and trend analysis to guide strategic decision-making for clients and internal stakeholders;

  • Collaborate with senior team members on project planning, coordination, and execution;

  • Draft proposals, presentations, and strategic roadmaps to support client engagements;

  • Participate in stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, present findings, and address business challenges;

  • Contribute to innovation-focused and human capital development projects by showcasing strong ownership skills;

  • Identify opportunities for improvement in project processes and methodologies, ensuring alignment with best practices;

  • Participate in relevant events and maintain a professional network to enhance firm visibility;

  • Manage client relationships, providing strategic insights and contributing to  business development.

Offline marketing Provide and lead the process of briefing for procurement issues; Provide the process of creating of promotional materials list; Lead the process of creating design for outdoor placement; Lead the process of creating design or script for promoting on TV and radio; Provide a process of offline marketing events. Skills and Competencies: Capacity to receive positive, constructive feedback; Ability to work collaboratively and lead marketing initiatives effectively. Must be extremely organized, self-motivated and capable of thriving in a rapidly changing environment while managing constantly shifting priorities; Strong problem-solving skills; Excellent attention to details and accuracy.
