Senior Frontend Engineer

At Naic, we’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer who’s excited to build modern web applications and just as passionate about guiding others and shaping how we approach frontend architecture. You’ll help us turn ideas into clean, scalable, high-performance interfaces, while mentoring teammates and contributing to an open, collaborative engineering culture.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING):

• Bring 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.

• Join a cross-functional team to design, build, and continuously improve scalable frontend solutions.

• Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code with Javascript, TypeScript, React and Next.js.

• Help reduce ambiguity by translating product ideas and business needs into clear technical solutions.

• Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical discussions, and share best practices.

• Mentor other developers and support your peers - helping others grow while leveling up yourself.

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE:

• Strong experience as a Frontend Engineer, with a focus on frontend architecture and scalable design.

• Hands-on skills in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and state management (Redux, Context API).

• A habit of writing reliable, testable, and maintainable code, with an eye on long-term quality.

• Experience in debugging, profiling, and optimizing React apps for performance.

• A team mindset - you take ownership, share knowledge, and enjoy working with others to get things done.
