Support change management, UAT planning, and stakeholder training activities. Technical Requirements 3+ years of project management experience within IT projects. Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stream projects on time and within scope. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable. Proficiency with project management tools: MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent. Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams. Experience with modeling tools: MS Visio, Lucidchart, draw.io, or BPMN-compliant tools. Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies; experience with hybrid delivery models. Reporting & Communication Tools Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint. Experience preparing executive-level presentations and management dashboards. Non-Technical Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
