Job purpose

  • The Sales Manager’s purpose is to drive corporate sales growth by building strong client relationships, promoting the company’s services, and achieving sales targets in line with business objectives.

Main Accountability

  • Conduct corporate sales activities in line with the company’s sales strategy

  • Identify and attract new corporate clients and establish long-term partnerships

  • Organize meetings and deliver presentations to companies, business centers, and organizations

  • Promote and sell corporate membership packages and services

  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing corporate clients

  • Ensure achievement of sales plans and monthly targets

  • Analyze client needs and offer suitable service packages accordingly

  • Manage all stages of the sales process and prepare regular reports

  • Participate in the contract preparation process and coordinate with partners

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis

  • Provide regular reports to the Head of Sales Department

  • Represent the company at corporate events, exhibitions, and business meetings

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in corporate sales

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships

  • Result-oriented with strong sales and business development skills

  • Good organizational and time management abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in MS Office programs

  • Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage

  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian

Job purpose Serves visitors by warm greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. To handle the flow of people through the registration procedure and ensure that all sales responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. Main Accountability Responsible for handling all incoming calls, keeping the record of these calls, making sure the calls are transferred to the right person. To manage all incoming enquires by telephone, email and visit. As the interface with the public, to ensure that, at all times, personal standards of behavior, presentation and performance are in accordance with the requirements laid down by the company. To ensure that, at all times, all purchasers and prospective purchasers are treated politely, efficiently and in a professional manner To ensure that all records and reports are prepared accurately and punctually in accordance with the company’s requirements; To do any administrative work required for classes Actively promote club memberships, personal training packages, and wellness programs to potential clients. Conduct tours of the facility for prospective members, highlighting key features and benefits. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally. Maintain accurate sales records. Process customer payments and maintain daily cash register reports. Monitor the use of lockers designated for customers, ensuring compliance with club rules.
