Responsibilities:
Drive B2B sales of inbound logistics services;
Identify and engage potential corporate and retail clients to expand the company’s customer portfolio;
Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions;
Prepare and deliver commercial offers, negotiate terms and close contracts;
Record and monitor all sales activities and client interactions in CRM;
Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments;
Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales;
Experience in logistics, freight forwarding is preferred but not mandatory — we value sales drive, communication skills and a result-oriented mindset;
Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills;
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems;
Fluent in Russian; English – at least intermediate level.”
Working conditions:
Work schedule: 09:00–18:00;
Salary: 2000–2500 AZN + performance bonus;
