About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, clear-thinking Dispatcher / Scheduling Coordinator to help manage our daily operations. You will be the connection point between customers, subcontractors, and our internal team — ensuring jobs are scheduled smoothly, communication is clear, and clients receive an exceptional experience.

1–2 years of experience in dispatching, call center, scheduling, or customer service (preferred, not required) Strong computer skills (CRM experience a plus) Comfortable communicating with subcontractors and customers Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment Ability to work during U.S. business hours.

Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries Schedule and dispatch subcontractors to job sites Coordinate time windows, job details, and customer expectations Maintain accurate job notes in our CRM Resolve scheduling conflicts or last-minute changes with professionalism Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction Track job progress and communicate updates to the team Maintain daily and weekly scheduling efficiency targets.
