Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain the reception area and ensure a positive first impression
Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office-related tasks
Handle basic documentation and record-keeping
Qualifications/Experience Required:
Fluency in English and Azerbaijani (both written and spoken) is essential
Russian is an advantage
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of corporate etiquette and professional standards
High level of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail
