QA Engineer / IT Analyst (Web)

We are looking for a hybrid specialist: QA Engineer + IT Analyst (Web focus)

Someone who:

• understands business logic

• can define and structure requirements

• and ensures high-quality web product delivery

Location: Baku (office)

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

QA (Web):

• Test web applications (frontend & backend)

• Write test cases and checklists

• Test APIs (REST, JSON)

• Validate real-time data (live results)

• Report and track bugs

• Perform regression testing before releases

Analysis:

• Gather and clarify requirements from stakeholders

• Describe system logic (user flows, scenarios)

• Prepare technical documentation

• Create structured tasks for developers

• Participate in architecture and integration discussions

Requirements

Must-have:

• 1–2+ years of QA experience (web)

• Understanding of web application architecture (frontend/backend)

• Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman)

• Ability to write clear test cases

• Strong analytical thinking

• English (reading documentation & communication)

Nice to have:

• Experience as IT Analyst / Business Analyst

• Understanding of real-time systems

• Experience in sports or event tech systems
