Project Manager (Commercial and construction)

In this regard, BRPG invites qualified and experienced professionals to apply for the position of Project Manager to support proposal coordination, contract execution, and construction project management.

Project Manager will:

• Answer all client questions on submitted proposals

• Protect commercial position (scope, clarifications, variations)

• Lead construction execution

• Control schedule, vendors and coordination

• Act as your single point of responsibility after proposal submission

Job responsibilities:

Proposal & Commercial Management

• Act as focal point for client clarifications after proposal submission

• Prepare and coordinate of technical clarifications and commercial responses as well as scope confirmations and exclusions

• Align responses with Contract conditions, BOQ / cost assumptions

• Support negotiations until contract award

Contract & Scope Control

• Review and manage of Contract terms and approved drawings and specs

• Control scope creep and manage out of scope works

• Coordinate with legal / management on contractual risks

Construction Project Management

• Full responsibility from start to handover

• Prepare and manage of Project Execution Plan and Master Schedule (baseline & updates)

• Coordinate of site managers, engineers and subcontractors

• Monitor of progress vs schedule, quality (QA/QC) and HSE compliance

Vendor & Subcontractor Management

• Lead vendor coordination of Concrete works, Steel structure, MEP and Technology.

• Approve of shop drawings, method statements and delivery schedules

• Control of Procurement timelines and payment milestones vs progress

Reporting & Client Communication

• Single point of contact for client, consultant and authorities

• Prepare of weekly / monthly progress reports

• Lead meetings of progress and technical coordination meetings

Required:

Education

• Civil / Structural / Mechanical Engineering

Experience

• At least 6 years in Industrial buildings, warehouses, EPC / Design-Build projects

• Proven experience from proposal stage to handover

Key Skills

• Strong contractual & commercial mindset

• Scheduling (Primavera P6 or MS Project)

• Cost & variation control

• Client communication & negotiation

• Able to say “no” diplomatically but firmly

Languages

• English – Fluent

• Russian –Advantage

• Azerbaijani – Fluent
