Working Pattern: Employee Fixed Term Contract / Full Time As a Senior Piping Engineer, you will: Perform Lay-out studies (Brownfield and Greenfield), Materials selection, Valve and Piping component specification, technical bid evaluations for Valves and Piping Long Lead items in an EPC environment or client role Coordinate work tasks to the team (Designers/Engineers) to achieve required plan dates. Deliver Estimates and CTR development, negotiate and conflict resolution technical deviation/queries Manage budgets, produce scope of work. Experience in managing budgets, setting project objectives. Creating and maintaining Piping MDR Be responsible for planning, progress reporting and maintaining project plan, recognising changes from Client SoR/Project Scope of work (Change management) and highlighting impacts on cost/Schedule and plan. Create and implement cost controls (Including Man-hour control) Manage, develop and conduct performance appraisal of the team/personnel, providing technical guidance and aid the development of colleagues. About You The ideal candidate will have: EPC, Brownfield, and Greenfield Projects experience Offshore and onshore Oil & Gas experience Knowledge of Conceptual Study/FEED design, Detailed Design, Knowledge and Understanding of construction, Plant commissioning, operations and plant maintenance Knowledge and experience in piping corrosion and erosion, Material standards, Material Mechanical testing and NDE and material certification Experience and knowledge of valve and piping components and relevant codes and standards (for manufacture and testing) Ability to generate and check calculations against design codes and best practice. Specific piping drawings requirements/presentation, Working experience of 3D and 2D CAD Software’s, Knowledge of Design application/CATS&SPEC. Qualifications Degree qualified or HND/HNC in Engineering, Mechanical or Offshore preferable. Knowledge, understanding of UK statutory requirements such as pressure equipment regulation (PER), PED as Safety case regulations would be essential for the role. Piping design code (ASME B31.3) is essential, Knowledge of pipeline design code (Like BSI PD8010) and wellhead (API 6A) would be preferable. Knowledge of Microsoft packages is essential. Having offshore BOSIET, MIST and medical are preferred for the role with experience of site surveys for condition assessments, commissioning assistance or dimensional and utility interface reviews, be able to write survey scope of work and Survey reports. Working Pattern: Employee Fixed Term / Full Time As the QA/QC Inspector, you will: Conduct Vendor QC inspections, site audits and site visits both onshore and offshore (if required); Check and approve equipment and fabrication packs / data dossiers; Assist and support QA in the QC Inspections (i.e. SIR’s, defects register, punch list sign-off etc.); Monitor and measure vendor quality performance, conduct analysis and report trends; Attend inspections as per the approved ITP, dependent on intervention points, and prepare inspection reports; Compile and issue QA/QC reports; Liaise with Procurement and Materials Department to ascertain inspection schedules; Assist with the development, management and continues improvement of the QC system in alignment with management system; Attend and contribute to quality meetings; Ensure professional development is maintained and identified competency requirements are completed in a timely manner; Demonstrate and promote PD&MS values and lead by example. You can be part of our vision! **Working Pattern:**Permanent / Full Time As the Lead Process Technical Safety Engineer, you will: Act as the discipline focal point providing support across the business and client streams in Hydrogen, Decarbonisation, Oil and Gas and Renewables. Manage, contribute, and supervise a team of discipline engineers responsible for the technical execution of engineering projects. Manage execute and support discipline to deliver engineering and design of technical projects. Provide engineering accountability in final signature and approval of deliverables. Provide leadership, continual development, mentorship, and guidance to all team members. Resource management and progress reporting in deliverables and plan attainment. Complete annual performance reviews. Anticipate, manage, and resolve issues as the focal point of contact for the project discipline delivery. Complete competence reviews and ensure everyone within the team has a valid competence assessment. Promote and facilitate regular team communications to build good working relationships within the team. Identify and manage discipline specific software and tools ensuring they are controlled and maintained. Work with the Head of Department to develop training and learning opportunities for the discipline. Support the Head of Department and Quality Manager to ensure business systems and processes are adequate and match current and future requirements. Execute all engineering in compliance with industry legislation, codes and standards and PD&MS’s processes and procedures. Have extensive experience and knowledge of industrial hazardous areas and non-hazardous areas electrical distribution and utility systems, and the management of Change processes in brown field modifications and new build environments. Demonstrable knowledge of industry specific systems and their design and operational requirements. Drilling packages and the utilities supporting legacy and new era drilling systems. Power generation both diesel and gas turbine derivatives. Proactively seek business development opportunities through engagement with clients when opportunity presents itself. Actively support the Business Development team with the sales strategy and marketing. Actively contribute technically and commercially in Invitations to Tender, with the view to securing work and contracts for PD&MS. Work collaboratively across all business units to deliver in the best interests of the group. Work to be normally performed at the Company's offices but there may be requirements to work at client offices and/or remote locations in occasional circumstances. Responsible for the delivery of all discipline engineering and design ensuring designs are suitable and robust and comply with PD&MS’s HSEQ processes and procedures. Routinely manged discipline KPI’s. Determine and set and agreed each financial year with the Head of Department.
