Procurement & Supply Chain Executive

Overview:

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement & Supply Chain Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or young professionals eager to build their careers in procurement and supply chain management within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in analyzing material specifications and drawings to understand procurement needs.

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing and quality products.

• Coordinate and manage transportation of goods to ensure timely pick-up and delivery, collaborating with vendors and freight forwarders.

• Develop relationships with domestic and international suppliers to meet procurement goals.

• Track shipments from collection to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and INCOTERMS.

• Identify cost-effective transportation methods and negotiate with freight forwarders to meet company and client needs.

• Help prepare reports and performance reviews on procurement and logistics activities.

• Contribute to maintaining smooth business operations and meeting project deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Petroleum Engineering / Supply Chain Management.

• Languages: Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Russian, Turkish, or Azerbaijani is a plus.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and basic internet research.

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
