Ferrum Capital, Azerbaijan's first independent factoring company, is announcing a vacancy for a Personal Assistant
Founded in 2017, Ferrum Capital is a member of the AGA Group and was established to provide factoring and other financial services to both local and international companies. As Azerbaijan's first independent factoring company, we are dedicated to offering innovative financial solutions.

Conduct research on various projects and analyze key details
Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
Assist your Executive with time management
Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and presentations
Assist with the preparation, editing and formatting of documents, presentations and spreadsheets
Tələblər
Higher education in Management or Economics
Proficiency in English and Russian (both written and spoken)
Experience in Business Development and the IT field is preferred
Willingness to travel for international business trips
Strong communication, teamwork and coordination skills are essential
Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with project management tools (Notion, Jira, MS Project)
