Pallet accounting manager

As we continue to grow, we are looking for Freight Forwarder to join our expanding team and work across various regions of Europe. Responsibilities: Arrange and negotiate freight rates with carriers (carrier sourcing); Work with freight exchanges and search for cargo; Maintain and grow relationships with carriers, clients, and business partners; Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction; Organize and monitor cargo transportation according to assigned routes; Maintain accurate records in the internal database. Requirements: Experience in freight forwarding would be an advantage Cargo and carrier sourcing (Timocom, B2P etc.), interacting with clients; Decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills; English language proficiency (spoken and written, B2 level or higher); Knowledge of additional languages (Polish, Italian, French, German, Spanish, etc.) would be appreciated but not neccesary: Computer literacy.
