Operetional Specialist

Job summary:

• Oversee daily operations of international transportation. Coordinate import, export international freight activities.

• Coordinate newly approved air , road, railway, sea freight shipments. Collecting and passing necessary information for cargo collection from loading points

• Provide information flow between customers and shippers. Actively participate in preparation process of shipping documents for import/export

• After cargo departure following up the cargo status. To inform the customers prior cargo arrival and making sure that customer arranged the pre-declaration on time if goods imported in Azerbaijan.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree

• Minimum 2 years related work experience preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, web-based and job-specific software applications.

• Must be able to read, write, and speak Azerbaijani, English and Russian.

• Work time: Mon-Friday 09:00-18:00;
