Mobile Game Designer

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Game Designer to help shape and lead the design direction of fast-paced mobile game prototypes.

You will work closely with developers and artists to create strong gameplay concepts, engaging core loops, and scalable prototype ideas designed for rapid testing and iteration.

Responsibilities:

• Create and develop original mobile game concepts

• Design strong core gameplay loops and progression systems

• Write clear and structured Game Design Documents (GDD)

• Analyze mobile game market trends and competitors

• Design retention-focused gameplay systems

• Balance gameplay mechanics and player progression

• Work closely with Unity developers and artists during production

• Guide prototype direction during rapid 7–10 day production cycles

• Improve games based on analytics, player behavior, and testing results

• Help identify which prototypes have scaling potential

Requirements:

• Strong experience in mobile game design

• Experience designing casual, hybrid-casual, or hypercasual games

• Strong understanding of player psychology and retention mechanics

• Ability to create clear gameplay systems and feature structures

• Experience with rapid prototyping environments

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Understanding of monetization systems and mobile game KPIs

• Ability to think both creatively and analytically

• Portfolio or previous shipped/mobile game projects

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with Unity teams

• Knowledge of live ops and mobile economy systems

• Experience with A/B testing and analytics-driven iteration

• Startup or small-team experience
