Middle QA Engineer

We’re hiring a Middle System Analyst to turn business needs into clear, scalable solutions. Responsibilities: Gather and document requirements with stakeholders and cross-functional teams through interviews, workshops, and research. Refine requirements and deliver BRDs, SRS, API documentation, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Model processes using BPMN 2.0 (Camunda), UML, and contribute to high-level architecture views. Conduct as-is/to-be analysis, identify solution options, gaps, and trade-offs. Lead workshops, align teams, define scope, and present findings. Benchmark systems and best practices; propose pragmatic solutions aligned with business needs. Support backlog refinement and prioritization to align with KPIs and business outcomes. Create and maintain data models (ERDs, PK/FK, normalization) and support data mapping. Collaborate with Design to validate user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes (Figma); translate feedback into requirements. Work closely with QA on test scenarios, ensuring full traceability from requirements to test cases and UAT. Support integration design by interpreting Swagger/OpenAPI documentation, clarifying payloads, and validating API requirements. Manage requirements throughout delivery, align with goals and support adoption via release notes, guides, training, and updates. Required Experience: 3–5 years of experience as a System Analyst in a full SDLC environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in requirements engineering (BRD/SRS, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria). BPMN 2.0 (Camunda) proficiency. Solid SQL skills (joins, CTEs, aggregates) and basic understanding of NoSQL concepts. Good understanding of system architecture, REST APIs, and Swagger/OpenAPI. Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar tools. Strong English communication skills. Nice-to-Have: Experience with ERP/CRM systems, logistics, or agri/geo/sensor data domains. NoSQL familiarity. Basic wireframing skills (Figma, Balsamiq). Understanding of non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security, offline readiness).
