Role Overview:

  • As a Marketing Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, overseeing marketing projects, and managing online communities to enhance brand engagement. You will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams while also ensuring that brand communities are active, engaged, and aligned with brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to client requests, assessing their needs and converting opportunities into successful partnerships.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business goals, brand positioning, and marketing objectives.

  • Prepare cost estimates, develop project budgets, and monitor performance

  • Track client requests and manage project workflows

  • Maintain and oversee project documentation, ensuring accurate records and smooth information flow between teams.

  • Coordinate the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing projects from initiation to completion.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including digital, creative, and events departments, to deliver integrated and high-quality marketing solutions.

  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with client expectations and strategic objectives.

  • Participate in new client tenders, preparing proposals and supporting documentation.

  • Support contract preparation, negotiations, and onboarding processes for new clients

  • Identify and engage potential new clients, nurturing leads to converting them into active partnerships.

​​​​​​​Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in marketing, account management, community management with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing client accounts and marketing projects.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both with clients and online communities.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under deadlines.

  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client and community needs.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Fluent communication in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian (for communication with international clients) is required.

Location: Baku, Azerbaijan Type: Full-time Role Overview: The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on digital marketing activities across different brands and industries. The ideal candidate should be analytical, creative, and organized, with a good understanding of performance marketing, social media, and digital analytics. Key Responsibilities: Support the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies for various brands. Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms. Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs. Coordinate with the creative team on social media content planning and calendars. Conduct market and audience research and provide insights for campaign improvement. Assist in managing digital media budgets and campaign allocations. Prepare performance reports and campaign summaries for clients and internal teams. Work closely with designers, copywriters, and account managers to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. Stay updated on digital trends, platform updates, and best practices. Ensure brand consistency across digital channels. Support influencer marketing activities and collaborations when needed. Review digital content before publication to ensure accuracy and platform compatibility. Manage multiple client projects simultaneously and provide regular updates. Participate in strategy discussions, campaign planning, and creative brainstorming sessions. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing. Good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads, and other digital platforms. Excellent command of English and Azerbaijani (both mandatory). Knowledge of Russian is an advantage. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Experience working with multiple brands or agency experience is a plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Good communication and teamwork skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
