Responsible for the analysis and maintenance of procurement and logistics data, including purchase orders, quotations, and invoices source catalogs, material reports, tooling records, and inventory management

Maintaining databases and procurement software systems

Identifying market trends affecting costs and supply availability

Supporting contract negotiations with data insights (tender terms, price lists, discounts)

Monitoring supplier performance metrics (delivery times, quality issues, compliance)

Collecting and analyzing procurement and financial data

Accurately report all project milestones to the department head

Tracking all projects status and KPI related tasks progress

The ability to analyze data and interpret trends to make informed purchasing decisions
